This retreat offers space to slow down and reconnect with land, culture, and a quieter rhythm of being.
Participants will spend time in ancestral villages, walk the rice terraces, visit waterfalls, and learn from the mumbaki—the Ifugao shamans and keepers of ancestral wisdom. The experience includes shared meals, gentle meditation, guided walks, and ample time for rest and reflection.
This is not a fast-paced or performance-based retreat.
It is centered on listening, presence, and cultural respect.
