Hello dear co-traveler,
My name is Eleni Erotokritou.🦋
I am a Certified Heal Your Life Coach, Yoga & Self Development Teacher, Retreat Facilitator & founder of OpenHeart.
Above all, I am a student of life - a devoted practitioner, continually guided and inspired by the wisdom of nature.
With a love for movement, inner journeying, self-development, nature,
connection and group work, I offer yoga classes, nature-based events, moon ceremonies, alternative experiential workshops, courses and seasonal retreats.
Also, I work with people through 1:1 mentoring programmes, tailored to meet each person exactly where they are, supporting them on their path toward greater freedom, harmony and fulfillment.
