- Monday 11th May, 4-5 pm at St Luke’s tiptree .
As we age it is crucial to exercise . This will help us to stay stronger, more flexible , balanced & independent .
Movement is key to preventing muscle loss . Preserving , maintaining & gaining muscle has some really unexpected benefits too !
Improving heart health , bad cholesterol levels , helps to control blood sugar & helps to keep weight within a healthy range .
Releasing muscle tension , aches & pains . Shrinking our reliance on pain medication . lifting our mood & spirit leading to relief & inner joy .
Research has also shown us that regular practise can improve sleep patterns , increase blood flow , better breathing & decrease blood pressure .
Meditation & breathing techniques practised regularly will aid depression , anxiety , chronic pain & inflammation.
My classes are fun , safe , easy to understand & NHS approved .
With correct alignment & attention to breath , we will -S-T-R-E-T-C-H- & STRENGTHEN our way around the body .
No experience necessary , wear comfortable , easy to move in clothing .
