It has come to this author’s attention that the most anticipated affair of the season is nearly upon us…
This year, Arts Ball shall take on an elegant new form, as we invite the most dazzling members of the ton to an evening of grandeur, glamour, and celebration at our Bridgerton Ball.
Dress in your finest formal attire with a Bridgerton twist (think colours and florals). We welcome regency inspired embellishments - gloves, tiaras and jewels, and polished tailoring.
Your all-inclusive ticket provides a delectable 2-course banquet, unlimited drinks, the enchanting sounds of a live string quartet performing pop favourites, and a performance from a special guest band to end the night. But wait, you’ll also get entry to our exclusive after-party to continue the festivities 🎻🥂🪻
⭐️M-ASS has a few more surprises install, making this event one you certainly shall not want to miss.
And as for the true identity of this author? Some may suspect Lady Whistledown is none other than M-ASS itself… though others insist the clever quill could only belong to Artie Prime, who appears to know far more of the ton’s affairs than a mascot ever should.

TABLE INFORMATION 👇
Tables will consist of 10 people. You can buy a WHOLE TABLE, or if you don’t have a group of 10, purchase a PARTIAL table or SINGULAR ticket - individuals and partial tables will be paired together to make whole tables.
HOW TO BUY TICKETS 👇
Ticket sales will be held IN-PERSON at our BBQ on Thursday 16th of April (first week back from Mid Sem Break) from 12pm-2pm. It is ‘first in best dressed’, therefore we sell tables on the day until we run out of space. Link to the BBQ page below:

One person from each table needs to be the TABLE LEADER. This person will line up on the day and pay for your table IN FULL. We will accept both cash and card, however be super aware there is a 2% surcharge per ticket for card payments.
The table leader will need to come prepared with lots of information including:
✨ Full Name
✨ Email & Phone Number
✨ Student Number (if UniMelb)
✨ Number of people on your table
✨ PROOF OF M-ASS MEMBERSHIP for each TABLE MEMBER (this can be screenshot of membership on UMSU website or emailed receipt). If table members do not have a M-ASS membership before lining up, they will need to buy their ticket at the ’non-member’ price
Once the table is paid for in full, the table leader will be sent a google form to provide the above details for every member of your table. We recommend coming prepared to the BBQ with all your table members information ready as this form is due within 24 HOURS of ticket purchase.
REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS 👇
We understand that plans change sometimes however M-ASS will not be offering refunds for Arts Ball 2026, unless your spot can be filled by someone from our waitlist or someone of your choosing.
If you decide to transfer your ticket to someone of your choosing you must contact M-ASS to confirm the transfer. You can do this via our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) or through our Vice President Anthony Valensisi ([email protected]).
If you cannot find someone to take your place, M-ASS can provide you a refund if:
✨ We can resell your ticket to someone on the waitlist.
✨ Circumstances which will be reviewed at the discretion of the committee.
We encourage our members to contact us before purchasing a ticket off someone else, in order to avoid scams. We are also happy to facilitate the transfers if it is preferred.
