Step into the sacred threshold of the Spring Equinox — a moment of perfect balance between light and dark — and gather in community to welcome the rising energy of the season.
Together, we open ceremonial space to honor renewal, growth, and conscious co-creation.
We begin by harvesting fresh herbs and flowers, connecting intentionally with the land as we create a living Earth altar infused with our collective prayers and intentions.
We then move into a heart-opening cacao ritual, softening further into presence and allowing our intentions to take root with clarity and compassion.
From there, we settle into a gentle guided meditation and grounding breathwork practice. Through conscious breathing, we calm the nervous system and center the mind. In meditation, we connect to the fertile soil within — sensing what is ready to awaken, expand, and bloom in this new season.
As the journey unfolds, we transition into an ecstatic dance ritual — awakening the body, releasing winter’s residue, and celebrating the return of light through free, intuitive movement.
We close in a sharing circle, gathering around the fire to release what no longer serves us and to consciously welcome the longer, brighter days ahead.
