Build strength. Flow freely. Breathe deeply. Stay centered through the season. Before the bustle, baking, and bright lights begin — take time to reconnect to your strength and stillness. This 3-week Power Yoga series blends energizing flows, mindful breathwork, and restorative release to help you move into the holidays feeling strong, light, and calm.
✨ What to expect:
Each class combines dynamic movement to build heat with soothing breath and grounding relaxation to balance body and mind. Expect sweat, smiles, and deep exhale moments — your weekly reset before the whirlwind of the season.
💬 About the teacher:
I’m Brie, an RYT 200 Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor and nurse practitioner, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Since 2019, I’ve been teaching to share the strength, grounding, and clarity that yoga has given me through life’s biggest transitions. My purpose is to create a supportive space where everybody feels welcome, empowered, and able to grow.
