This workshop is combinig gentle movement with awareness, vibrational breath and sound healing:

✨ 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, we stimulate the vagus nerve and quiet mental activity,
✨ 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴, we slow down the brainwaves and invite deep relaxation.
𝗘𝘃𝗮 𝗞𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗰 - a tactile, energy, and sound therapist, pranayama teacher, and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant who supports people in lovingly recognizing and transforming limiting patterns while reconnecting with their (inner) voice.
𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 - a Feldenkrais and tango teacher from Argentina who brings her rich experience in movement to gently guide you in reconnecting with your body awareness and calming the mind.
✨ Together, they create a gentle and inspiring space where movement, breath, and sound meet - inviting you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
