Join us for a glorious afternoon on this Mini Retreat designed to nourish your body and soul.
OUR VENUE - Looking directly onto the canal, the space is intimate and luxurious, beautifully furnished with soft lighting and accommodates a max of ten people.
RETREAT DETAILS - We will begin the afternoon with a yin yoga practise designed to help you unwind and start to relax the body, options for each pose is given so you can work with your own body. We will then move onto a fully guided deep relaxation(Yoga Nidra or Yogi sleep) aimed at helping you to release stress and re balance the body and mind incorporating a wonderful sound bath including chimes and singing bowls.
Options for aromatherapy with pure essentials oils are used to aid our session.

We will then spend the rest of our time enjoying drinks and treats whilst we enjoy our calm being, if the weather allows we have a seating area outside for watching the world go by with hopefully a peppering of wildlife and boats etc,

WHAT TO BRING - Just need to wear comfortable layered clothes, yoga mat, bring along a blanket, a cushion for your head and anything else that you need for your comfort. We have soft cushions for yoga nidra.
