Join us for an immersive sound journey designed to guide you inward through gentle grounding, guided awareness, and a rich shared soundscape of crystal bowls and gongs.
The evening begins with soft body-centered settling, allowing the nervous system to slow and the body to fully arrive. From there, guided journeying opens the doorway inward before sound takes over - crystal bowls and gongs weaving together organically, carrying the experience without effort or expectation.
Rhythmic drumming and subtle gonging gently guide the return, helping you reconnect to the body feeling steady, clear, and grounded.

Registration, Attendance & Weather Policy
Registration is required to attend this event. Simply indicating “going” on Facebook does not reserve your space.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. No-shows are not refunded or applied to future events, except in the case of extreme or emergency circumstances at the discretion of Simply Graced Wellness Sanctuary.
To honor and respect everyone’s time and energy, a minimum of participants is required to hold the event. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the event and issued a full refund.
Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, Simply Graced Wellness Sanctuary will monitor conditions and make a final decision no later than 4–6 hours prior to the event start time. Participants will be notified immediately.
If the event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically be applied to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund.
If a suitable reschedule date cannot be secured, full refunds will be issued.
