✨ Guided Meditation and Journaling - We'll discuss the Snow Moon and journal on what it can teach us
✨ Immersive Sound Bath - Crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments will help you relax and realign your energies
✨ Snacks and Sharing - We'll open up for discussion and community as we share light snacks
No experience necessary to attend. Yoga mats and chairs are available at the studio. Please bring a pen, notepad, and whatever you need to feel comfortable during the sound healing (blankets, eye masks, pillow, water, etc.).
