Presented by Open Circle Co-op
On February 17, we gather for a rare convergence. A New Moon, a Solar Eclipse, and the Lunar New Year all arrive on the same day.
Rather than avoiding moments like this, we choose to meet them with intention.
Many traditions caution against working during eclipses or convergence days. At Open Circle Co-op, we believe power is not something to fear. It is something to approach with understanding, care, and respect. When cycles overlap, energy doesn’t disappear β€” it concentrates. What matters is how we meet it.
Dark Sun Workings is a guided, communal ritual designed to honor the aftermath of this convergence, once the eclipse has passed and clarity becomes possible. This is not about spectacle or intensity for its own sake. It is about standing consciously at a threshold and choosing how we move forward, together.

πŸŒ‘ What This Gathering Holds
This gathering includes a three-part ritual created specifically to honor all three cosmic events of the day. Each part is intentionally woven into a cohesive whole, guiding the group through reflection, alignment, and collective intention.
The details of the workings will be shared in the space rather than in advance. This allows the ritual to be held with care, integrity, and respect for the container.
No prior ritual experience is required. Guidance will be offered throughout. Participation is always invitational. Silence is welcome. Sharing is optional.
This is intentional community work. It is not a trauma-processing or crisis space. No advice-giving is expected or required.

🌿 About Open Circle Co-op
Open Circle Co-op is a community-centered collective focused on creating intentional spaces for connection, reflection, and shared growth. Our gatherings are rooted in honesty and lived experience, supported by community rather than hierarchy, and free from gatekeeping or performative spirituality.
We listen first, guide with care, and work to build real community β€” especially where support has been missing.
Open Circle Co-op is an inclusive space. We do not tolerate hate, discrimination, or harm of any kind. Our circle protects its own. By joining our circle, you agree to be inclusive and respectful of others, and if you make a mistake, you agree to listen, learn, and do better. Growth is part of community, and accountability is part of care.
You do not have to practice with us to belong. Attend one gathering or many, participate actively or quietly, and be involved as much β€” or as little β€” as feels right for you.
This gathering is one of many we are building to honor darkness and light, stillness and action, reflection and work β€” because true community makes room for all of it.
