The waves rising, crashing, and returning to the depths.
How everything happens effortlessly, naturally, in its own rhythm..
And just like the ocean, our breath comes and goes.
One wave is welcomed by the next.
Each inhale meeting each exhale.

Join us as we draw inspiration from the beauty and strength of the ocean.
As we become its students and remember that we are the ocean.
The one who can hold it all ~
the ecstatic waves, the crashing waves,
the tender, the powerful,
the subtle, the gentle, the soft.

This experience unfolds in the embrace of nature,
under the open sky, close to the sea.
We will sleep beneath the stars
and wake to the sounds of morning birds and the first light of the sun.

- If you prefer not to camp, you can stay in nearby hotels or apartments and join us for all practices.
