Lively Health Club Mackay and On The Run are teaming up once again for their annual Winter Solstice Run Swim at Harbour Beach, and everyone is welcome.
📍 Sunday 21 June
🏃♂️ 5:30am — Meet at the Surf Club car park for a social run or walk along the Breakwater
🌊 6:15am — Optional quick cold plunge at Harbour Beach to celebrate the sunrise
Do the run, the swim, or both — the choice is yours.
No pressure, no expectations, just a great community morning to get active, connect with others, and start the day feeling alive.
This is a free social community event and all fitness levels are welcome. Bring your friends, your family, your running buddies, or simply yourself.
