𓀤𓀥Jak blízko u sebe mohou dvě těla tančit, aniž by se dotkla? Jaké napětí, zvědavost nebo vibrace vznikají v prostoru mezi nimi? Doslovný i metaforický dotek je rizikem i pozváním: vnímání tepla vnitřním radarem, propojování s jiným tělem, nabízení sebe sama jako krajiny, která má být respektována, uchopována a sdílena. Kůže se stává porézním rozhraním, kde se já setkává s druhým. Co se stane, když je hranice překročena, jak můžeme takový proces obejmout?
Projekt vychází ze somatické improvizace, choreografického výzkumu a setkání založených na (ne)dotyku. Tanečnice a tanečníci se pohybují v blízkosti, elasticitě, rozpačitosti, zranitelnosti a intenzitě ovlivňování. Zkoumají schopnosti a zvláštnosti empatie nikoli jako vrozené vlastnosti, ale jako ztělesněné praxe.
▸ ▸ ▸ Workshop Ecology of Closeness: Practices of Empathy (Ekologie blízkosti: Cvičení empatie) s Alicou Minar proběhne v úterý 14. dubna od 16:00 do 18:00 v rámci doprovodného programu k výstavě Sahej Rahal: Beyond the City of Time (bit.ly/SAHEJ-RAHAL-BEYOND-THE-CITY-OF-TIME) přímo v prostorách Galerie Rudolfinum. 𓀤 Alica Minar
Alica Minar je slovenská choreografka, performerka a kurátorka působící v Praze a Berlíně. Pro její tvorbu jsou typické výrazné vizuální prvky, v nichž se prolíná narace a abstrakce. Prostřednictvím bizarních situací intuitivně hledá humor a poezii a společně s diváctvem rozebírá opomíjené stránky palčivých společenských témat. Formována choreografickými partiturami a principy klaunství zkoumá, jak nahota a kostýmy zkreslují vnímání tančícího těla. Od roku 2023 rozšiřuje také svou kurátorskou praxi a spolupracuje na projektech jako Dancetopia Symposium a Fest of Fools. Od září 2024 je součástí kurátorského týmu Studia ALTA v Praze. Alica je absolventkou choreografie na HAMU v Praze (BA) a Inter-University Centre for Dance HZT v Berlíně (MA).

𓀤 Ecology of Closeness: Practices of Empathy | Dance Workshop | Sahej Rahal: Beyond the City of Time
How close can two bodies dance without touching? What tension, curiosity, or vibration emerges in the space between them? Literal and metaphorical touch enters as both risk and invitation: sensing heat through inner radar, melting into another body, offering ourselves as landscapes that shall be respected, held, and shared. Skin becomes a porous threshold where self meets the other. What happens when the limit is challenged, what kind of embrace does this process entail?
The project builds on somatic improvisation, choreographic research, and (non)touch-based encounters. Performers and dancers navigate proximity, elasticity, awkwardness, vulnerability, and the intensity of being affected – exploring the capacities and quirks of empathy not as an innate trait but as an embodied practice.
▸ ▸ ▸ The workshop Ecology of Closeness: Practices of Empathy with Alica Minar will take place on Tuesday, April 14, from 4 pm to 6 pm as part of the accompanying programme for the exhibition Sahej Rahal: Beyond the City of Time (bit.ly/SAHEJ-RAHAL-BEYOND-THE-CITY-OF-TIME-EN) at Galerie Rudolfinum. 𓀤 Alica Minar
Alica Minar is a Slovak choreographer, performer, and curator based in Prague and Berlin. Loud visuals in which narration and abstraction go hand in hand are typical of her work. Through bizarre situations, she intuitively searches for humour and poetry, while dissecting the neglected sides of burning societal issues together with the audience. Shaped by choreographic scores and clowning principles, she explores how nudity and costumes distort the perception of the dancing body. Since 2023, she has also expanded her curatorial practice, co-creating projects such as the Dancetopia Symposium and Fest of Fools. Since September 2024, she is part of the curatorial team of Studio ALTA in Prague. Alica is a graduate of choreography studies at HAMU in Prague (BA) and Inter-University Centre for Dance HZT in Berlin (MA).
