Give yourself the gift of peace this Christmas… ??Join me for a very special sound bathing experience reflecting on the year just passed.
Enjoy a cup of relaxation tea created by the wonderful @Sulisbotancials whilst we use the singing bowls to perform a ritual - a reflective practice centred around learning from the past so that we can move towards a better version of ourselves in 2026.
We will then be immersed in the soothing sounds of the instruments.The sounds that you will hear during the session will allow you to enter a deeper meditative state, supporting you in quieting the outside world and connecting within.
Finish off the evening with festive treats and a space to rest and relax before the madness of Christmas begins.
