我們相信每個人天生都會跳舞，只是在成長過程中漸漸忘記了如何與身體連結、如何自由地動起來。這個工作坊不教授舞步，而是透過呼吸、靜止、重複與對抗等練習，引導參加者重新覺察身體的感知與流動。

透過身體的探索與互動，讓動作成為意識的延伸，打開對自我與世界的感知方式。這是一場關於覺察與回歸的旅程，適合任何希望重新連結身體與心靈的人。

工作坊將以廣東話進行

We believe that everyone is born to dance, we simply forget how to connect with our bodies and move freely along the way of growing up.

This workshop does not teach dance steps; instead, it uses practices such as breathing, stillness, repetition, and resistance to guide participants in rediscovering their bodily awareness and flow. Through exploration and interaction with the body, movements become an extension of consciousness, opening new ways of perceiving oneself and the world.

This is a journey of awareness and reconnection, perfect for anyone seeking to reconnect their body and mind.
