Maitreya Buddha's Birthday Ceremony南无佛！亲爱的善友吉祥；
一柱清香绕幡幢，一声謦鸣降灵光，一曲梵唱吟如意，一句弥勒皆吉祥。恭祝大家新年快乐！
大年初一 [2026/02/17] 是当来下生弥勒佛的生日，亦是诸佛菩萨圣旦。当天上午9时开始至中午12时30分圆满。僧眾齐集大殿，读诵《弥勒上生经》和《弥勒下生经》端为祝寿，在法会中为家人点一福慧灯消災祈福、敬设如意斋，供佛及僧，培植福報，添好运保平安；增福寿财满仓，愿心想事成。诚挚邀请各位善友踊跃参加祝寿法会。

According to Buddhist tradition, Maitreya is a bodhisattva who will appear on Earth in the future, achieve complete enlightenment, and teach the pure dharma. According to scriptures, Maitreya will be a successor to the present Buddha, Gautama Buddha (also known as Sakyamuni Buddha).
The Maitreya Buddha's Birthday Ceremony will be held at Golden Pagoda Buddhist Temple on Feb 17, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
We cordially encourage all followers and friends to sign up and attend this crucial event with us.
