What is Roman Pizza?
The highlight of Roman pizza is its unique fermentation process: after twelve hours, the dough becomes soft and airy on the inside with a crispy, golden crust. It’s healthy, not greasy, and delicious even without stretchy cheese — one bite, and you’ll be hooked!

• Learn from a True Pizzaiolo: Tommi will teach the secrets of making high hydration, fermented dough.
