Sooo Oyster是位於炮台山天后內街的“寶藏餐廳”，主打高質素、性價比西餐，以新鮮即開的生蠔而聞名。生蠔直接從餐廳蠔缸中取出，保證了最新鮮的口感和海洋的味道。
是次晚宴用6道招牌菜式搭配來自7個國家的葡萄酒，不同風格，不同甜度，由Issac帶領解構每一道 pairing 的巧思，一起享受這場美食美酒薈萃的醇酒晚宴吧！
Sooo Oyster is a “hidden gem” Western cuisine restaurant especially known for its fresh, live-shucked oysters, sourced directly from the restaurant’s oyster tanks.
This dinner paired six signature dishes with wines from six countries, each with distinct styles and sweetness levels. Led by Issac, the experience explored the thoughtful pairings in an evening celebrating the harmony of fine food and wine.

Event Absence and Refund Policy
- If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.
- If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.
- MyiCellar reserve the right of final decision in case of dispute.
