今年情人節系列再度回歸，繼續邀請 PMQ Taste Library 客席主廚 Erikson Ting 帶來一場不一樣的情人節美食體驗，無論是有伴或單身的你， 都可享受一個不刻意營造浪漫、卻依然溫暖的晚上。🌠
當晚先由情人節的起源說起，透過法國、意大利與日本料理的不同演繹，包括同一道菜的兩種詮釋，分享味道背後的故事與靈感，讓你在品嚐美食的同時，慢慢思考「#愛」這回事。
情人節未必需要被定義。

Valentine’s Day has never been just for couples. 💭
Come on an unconventional date at PMQ Taste Library for a different kind of Valentine’s experience. Join guest chef @eriksonting as we dive into the origins of Valentine’s Day through French, Italian, and Japanese interpretations — including two takes on the same dish. Taste Valentine-inspired dishes and enjoy a great meal while reflecting on what "love" truly means. 🥘

備註:
1. 完成報名登記的人士，即表示已閱覽及同意報名程序、條款及細則，以及惡劣天氣安排。Applicants who join the programme will be deemed to have accepted the Enrolment Procedure, Remarks, Terms & Conditions.
2.此工作坊適合18歲或以上人士參加。This workshop is suitable for participants aged 15 or above .
3. 此工作坊將以廣東話進行。This workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
4. PMQ味道圖書館會員須在報到時出示會員證號碼，方能享有會員票價優惠。PMQ Taste Library members must show their membership number at the event reception to enjoy the ticket discount.
6. 如報名人士未能出席活動，不論任何原因，PMQ不會作出任何退款，報名人士所繳費用亦不予發還，相關費用亦不能用作其它用途。PMQ will not issue any refunds shall the participant can no longer attend the event. The ticket fee cannot be transferred for other usage.
7. 如有任何爭議，PMQ元創方保留最終決定權。The decision of PMQ Management Co. Ltd shall be final should disputes arise.
