About this Event
Under the Blue Girl Dai Pai Dong tent, join us for an afternoon of beers, pongs, and mahjong - speed mahjong style!
Whether you're a Mahjong master or a newbie, our fun and casual event welcomes all! There will be a beginner hour at the beginning (up to 8 pax), perfect for learning the tiles and making new friends and/or mahjong legs. This event will be suitable for all levels: open-play and mixed skill levels - Cantonese, Taiwanese, chicken hands all welcomed - each table sets their own rules.
AND THERE'S A TWIST: The main objective is to meet some new friends, make it social and to have fun, so all players will join a new table after every 25 mins. Like speed dating, but make it speed mahjonging.
Get ready to mahjong and mingle!
TIMING:
11-12pm = Beginner's hour
2-2pm = Mahjong free play
