This 16 week course is designed especially for women by women.
We will cover:
➡️boundaries
➡️how to recognize a predator
➡️the laws of self defense
➡️how to build confidence, resilience and self worth through training.
The physical part of training involves: ➡️learning movement while standing and while on the ground
➡️how to make distance between you and an attacker
➡️escapes from common grabs and holds
➡️escapes from the ground
➡️escapes from chokes, and much more.
Our goal is to help empower women and build a community of strength and perseverance.
