We're thrilled to introduce our Women's Only BJJ program, where you'll learn the fundamentals and basics of this incredible martial art. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior experience, you'll find a welcoming and supportive community here. Mean Girl Jiu-Jitsu was created for instructors and students who wish to expand their Mean Girl Self Defense knowledge by adding a women’s only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class. It not only allows the avenue of learning jiu-jitsu in a women’s only setting, but also gives women who may not have the resources or time to train in a traditional setting, the opportunity to learn and add the experience of learning BJJ to their lifestyle.
Much of what you will learn is taught similarly to what you learned or will learn, in our MGSD courses, so whether you are a student or an instructor, it should be easy to get started if you have already completed Levels 1 & 2 of that curriculum.
Our year-round Women's Only class ($299 paid every 16 weeks) is designed to empower women of any fitness level & abilities, 16yrs and up! This is your chance to explore the exciting world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in a supportive and encouraging environment. We'll guide you through our white to blue belt program, helping you build confidence, resilience, and self-worth along the way.
