Room: EarthPranayama, the 4th limb on the eight-limb path of yoga is considered the bridge between the body and the mind and higher yoga practices. In this workshop, we will explore the many benefits, contraindications and techniques as well as how to effectively weave these practices into your yoga class. Bandhas, which aim to lock Prana and redirect it into sushumna Nadi, were considered a Mudra in ancient times. Learn how both bandhas and mudras can assist in directing Prana, finding balance in the body and awakening spiritual growth.
