In honor of our 2026 theme, art heals, and American Heart Month, we are pleased to invite you to participate in our next art drop! Join us for ‘heART drop’, happening February 23–28, held indoors thanks to our friends at Grace A. Dow Memorial Library!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
❤️ Create a small piece of art (Any kind – drawings, poems, jewelry, stickers, mini paintings, etc.)
❤️ Drop it somewhere inside Grace A. Dow Memorial Library the week of February 23-28. Be sure to stop by the front desk to label it with a special sticker! #ArtDropMidland
❤️ Take a clue photo — not too easy, not too hard!
❤️ Post your clue in the comments of the pinned post on our Facebook page (live February 23).
❤️ Explore the library to hunt for art—if you find something, it’s yours to keep!
❤️ When you find art, share a photo in the same pinned post!
❤️ One participant will be selected at random to take home a mystery basket of goodies as well!
Want to participate but don’t have art supplies, or aren’t sure where to start? Stop by the library checkout desk to pick up a free mystery bag (while supplies last) with everything you need to get creative!! **EDIT: All grab bags have been claimed!**
