SLAY FIT is a beginner-friendly dance fitness class blending commercial, vogue, contemporary and street styles into high-energy, feel-good choreography designed to make you feel powerful, playful, and unstoppable.

Over 60 minutes, we’ll flow through a dynamic warm-up, build strength and technique, learn fierce phrases, and bring it all together in dance combos that slay hard and make you werk. We’ll finish with a grounding cool-down and stretch to leave you buzzing but balanced.

No dance experience? No worries - this class is all about showing up, letting go, and moving with joy.

The music is pure fire: think pop anthems, club classics, diva power tracks, house beats, R&B grooves, and anything that makes you want to strut, slay, and celebrate yourself.

All classes must be booked 2.5 hours before the start time. If you would like to book after this window, please contact Nathan to confirm the class is running before booking. This is due to travel time to the studio.
