Step into a softly lit, dreamy space where the noise fades and your body can fully unwind. This immersive Sound Bath Experience invites you to slow down, soften, and sink into a state of deep restoration.
🌙 What to Expect
Opening Intention & Grounding
Arrive, settle in, and gently release the mental and physical tension of your day. You’ll receive a complimentary crystal to hold your intention and anchor a little extra magic.
Guided Meditation
Be softly guided into stillness- letting go of stress, quieting the mind, and inviting clarity and balance.
Immersive Sound Bath
Sink into the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments. Like waves washing over you, the sound helps relax the nervous system, release deep muscle tension, and guide you into a dreamlike state of recovery and renewal.
Closing Integration
Gently return, grounded and realigned- so you leave not just relaxed, but restored and recharged.

🌿What to Bring:
- Blanket and/or pillow for extra coziness
- Yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer your personal space.
Eye masks (including optional heated lavender eye masks) will be provided for your comfort.
