✨Set to a curated flow of music, the session crescendos from slow and reflective to wild and uninhibited, before guiding you to a place of calm and integration.
“Primal” evokes our roots, our connection to the earth and its elements as well as our instinctual life energy. Through this connection, we find the impulse for authentic movement, celebrating our individuality and unity with others.
Whether you're experienced or new to ecstatic/conscious dance, you are very welcome here!
