Who are we?
Love for music and self-development are two aspects that have brought us together a few years ago 🎶
🔸Kamila has been exploring self-development and mindfulness for a long time. Especially, the discovery of breath has changed her life, and since then she decided to devote her life to holistic living and diving into spirituality. On her way, she discovered power of sounds and vibration which led her to conduct sessions and massages using Tibetan bowls and other instruments. She is certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor and Yoga Teacher. Increasing awareness of connection of body, mind and soul is one of her biggest passions.

🔸Justyna on daily basis helps people to release tension in their bodies by sharing touch as a Lomi Lomi Nui massage practitioner. Her journey with sound healing began around 4 years ago when she started to give individual sessions using the Peter Hess method.
She has been already many years on her journey, exploring connections between the mind, body and soul. She regularly attends workshops and events to deepen the knowledge about the healing powers of breath, sound, touch and movement.
