Raw Cacao is a powerful medicine that was an intrinsic part of ancient Mayan and Aztec tradition. This elixir is made of the whole bean and is much more potent than a regular hot chocolate.
The spiritual dimension of Cacao is described as a medicine of the Soul, a medicine of Peace. Cacao opens the layers of consciousness in a gentle, loving way.
This plant medicine assists us in burning away old and dense energies, opening your heart chakra and elevating our creativity with a feeling of expansive and euphoric connection.
Together, we will connect inward and soften the body and relax the nervous system to bring in more lightness and joy. Through a guided journaling experience, you’ll receive writing prompts to help plant new seeds with intention. The experience will conclude with a soothing sound journey featuring Native American flutes, drums, crystal bowls and vocals— designed to support deeper integration of the experience.

Facilitator’s Bio:
Treya Jaholkowska is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach. Her work blends sacred music and ancient practices to support healing and inner alignment. With 3 decades on a spiritual path—including time spent in ashrams, monasteries, and Indigenous ceremonies—Treya offers grounded, heart-centered experiences that awaken the body, mind, and spirit. Treya shares her work through retreats and conscious workshops, blending ancient wisdom with creative expression.
