8-10th May 2026 A special weekend of Yoga, Meditation, Sound Baths, Yoga Nidra & radiant connection.
Surrounded by the wonder of the North Yorkshire Moors set in a beautiful 9 bedrooms Victorian house, with incredible history, warm glowing fires in the lounge & Yoga barn is in such a tranquil beautiful spot with the sweet birds singing brightly of so many incredible discoveries with nature there 💚
This is our 9th year back at this sanctuary that so many love and return to, all have created friendships over the years as we drop into deep relaxation, our own healing love field and inquiring with truthful openness to expand and centre.
Honouring the seasons and the cycle of nature we will by celebrating nature bounty and hopefully enjoy blissful sunshine as we are blessed there.
All levels of Yoga & Meditation welcome.

From 5pm Welcome teas arrive & settle in
6pm Opening Radiance Circle, Welcoming You Yoga
7.30pm Dinner
8.30pm Starry night Yoga nidra & Sound Bath dreams
Saturday
8am Rise & Shine Morning Yoga & Himalayan Breathwork
10am Breakfast
11.30am Walk in Beauty outdoor meditation & tai chi
1.30pm Lunch
Free time - walk on the moors / to the village / folk museum or take rest.
5pm Nourishing Yin (outside if sunny or inside by the fire)
7.30pm Dinner
8.30pm Wild Flower Yoga nidra & Sound Bath

8am Rise & Shine Morning Yoga & Himalayan Breathwork
10am Breakfast
11am-1pm Nature Meditation Mandala & Gratitude closing circle.
