The Embodied Reina Retreat is a 3-hour sacred gathering for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and consciously shape the energy they are stepping into in 2026.
This intimate evening is co-facilitated by Paloma Elliott and Dra. Carollaine, blending ceremony, gentle movement, meditation, sound, visioning, and sisterhood in a warm, supportive space.

A soft, accessible practice designed to help you listen to your body and move with awareness and ease.

Guided by Dra. Carollaine
Create a vision for 2026 that is emotionally, energetically, and intuitively aligned. All materials are provided.
💛 Sacred Sharing Circle
Close the evening in sisterhood with a gentle sharing circle to anchor intentions and be witnessed in community.
