We (Melina & Hannes) are opening a gentle Sunday space to share movement, devotion, breath, and intention — a little taste of the spirit of India in Gothenburg.
Sādhana means a committed spiritual practice. For us, it’s the way we reconnect with ourselves, clear out what’s heavy, and start the week grounded and open-hearted. We would love to share this with you.
🌿 What our Sundays look like
Body-based practices —
Melina or Hannes guides a movement practice that will vary according to the needs of the group. We will explore traditional hatha or yin yoga sessions, active chakra meditations, breathwork, somatic awareness, and moving with intention.
We work with sankalpas — the small but powerful intentions we plant in ourselves — and explore the mind–body–soul connection in a soft, honest way.
During the practice, Hannes plays live mantras to support the inner journey. His music helps soften the mind and open different layers within the practice.
Bhakti (yoga of devotion) —
We finish by singing mantras together.
No singing experience is needed — just an open heart.
This is a space for devotion, expression, and sharing something that has been deeply healing and meaningful in both of our lives.
❤️ A bit about us
We met in India, a place that shaped both of our personal paths. The practices we learned there — yoga, mantra, bhakti, and simply the way of living — continue to guide us.
Now that we’re here in Gothenburg, we want to share a small piece of that experience in a simple, heartfelt way.
🌞 Our intention
This isn’t a “class” as much as a weekly practice circle. We hold and guide the space and everyone co-creates together.
We hope it helps you:
- create your own form of sādhana at home
- build a grounding routine for the new year
- connect more deeply with yourself and with others
- explore yoga beyond the physical shapes
- feel part of a supportive community
We keep it small so we can move and sing together in a way that feels personal and safe.
