Give yourself an hour to slow down, settle in, and let your nervous system soften.
Sound Bath Meditation is a deeply restorative experience where you rest comfortably while being surrounded by layers of sound from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, drum, rainstick, and other therapeutic instruments.
You do not need to know how to meditate. You do not need to “do” anything. You simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to support your body, mind, and energy system.
Some people drift.
Some people meditate.
Some people feel emotional release.
Some people finally relax for the first time all week.
Every experience is different, and there is no right way to receive.

What to Expect
You’ll rest comfortably for the duration of the session while the sound moves through the room.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and are designed to support rest, reset, and deep inner quiet.
You are welcome to lie down, sit, use a reclining chair, or choose whatever position allows your body to feel most supported.
Current Schedule
Weekly sound baths are typically offered:
• Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM | Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM
• Additional sessions may be added seasonally or for special events

Schedule may vary month to month due to private sessions, special events, holidays, and seasonal offerings.
Tickets, Drop-Ins & Memberships
Advance registration is strongly recommended.
Space is limited, and I plan my arrival/setup around registered guests. If no tickets are sold in advance, I may not be onsite for that session.
Drop-ins are welcome if space allows and if the session is already running. Dropping in without registering is at your own risk.

• Single Session Ticket — $15
• Unlimited Sound Bath Membership — $45/month
• Live Vibrant Membership — $75/month, includes weekly sound baths, meditation classes, monthly Full Moon Shamanic Journey, and one guest pass per month

Arrival Protocol
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to get settled.
Doors close at the start time to preserve the experience for everyone in the room. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Thank you for honoring the shared container.
What to Bring
Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported:
• Yoga mat or padded surface
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster
• Eye covering, if desired
• Water bottle
• Comfortable layers
Comfort & Seating Options
Your comfort matters.
You are welcome to rest in whatever way feels most supportive for your body. Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and zero-gravity chairs are all welcome.
If you bring a chair, please make sure it is quiet to adjust and stable enough to remain in place throughout the session.
About the Facilitator
Facilitated by Sarah Domin, founder of Four Directions Alchemy.
Sarah brings decades of experience in meditation, sound healing, energy work, and ceremonial space holding. Each session is guided with care, presence, and respect for each person’s individual experience.
