This workshop is a deep dive, heart-centered exploration of shadow work, where we gently uncover and meet the hidden parts of ourselves with compassion and truth.Each direction holds an archetype that is a gateway to your Mind, Body, Spirit, and Heart.
In this first session, we will journey through the East (Mind) and North (Spirit), exploring the entry points of origin where our shadows begin:
🔸Generational trauma
🔸Inner childhood wounds
🔸Past life imprints
Through guided trance, journaling, and shadow mirroring exercises, channeling, you will learn how to track your shadow parts and begin a 30-day practice of awareness, processing, and intuitive channeling—both individually and with one another.
This is a 3-part series over one month, with the next two sessions held online for continued exploration of our West and North shadow parts and integration.
Dates for online sessions:
(each session will have a 10-12 minute break)
✨2nd session will be on May 9th 11:00-1:15pm.
✨3rd session will be on May 31st 3:15-5:30pm
This space invites us to be vulnerable, brave, and open-hearted as we walk this path together.
Bring 🌿:
- Pillow or blanket to be comfortable during Trance. We will be on floor
- A Journal & Notebook is a must.
- Pencil
- Water bottle
- Offering for altar that will be set up in the 4 directions. (Optional)
