Wren LaFeet has been instigating dance parties since 1999.
As a somatic permissionary, Wren innately understands his role as an ecstatic technician when behind the wheel of the spaceship: to open the doors of perception and invite dancers on a journey facilitating deeper embodiment, connection and presence.
Having danced his own way towards freedom since 1998 with his roots in swing, salsa, hip-hop and contemporary styles, he holds a deep connection to the power of dance to liberate, and the importance of the music fueling the journey.
Always working with an awareness of the room he's in, his broad musical tastes and hyper-attuned facilitation skills offer a container for the numinous experience of spinaesthesia to emerge: seeing sound as movement and becoming the music. Wren welcomes you home to yourself, to let go of what is not serving, and better still, integrate that s(h)ift and be danced into the divine.

I explore life through movement and music as pathways of expression.
My work is born from conscious embodiment, from the connection with the body and emotions.
On one hand, I share dance sessions through the Liberato method and Brazilian Zouk, exploring connection, listening, bodily fluidity, and shared movement.
On the other hand, I develop my artistic project by combining live music and a hybrid live DJ set, with influences from ancestral music, mantras, downtempo electronica, afro, ethnic, and Latin sounds, while also integrating more lyrical elements through guitar and voice.
In each set, I merge my love for dance and music, creating a journey that invites free expression, body awareness, and the exploration of authentic movement, whether through music or dance.

Wren LaFeet lleva impulsando fiestas de baile desde 1999.
Como facilitador somático, Wren comprende de manera innata su rol como técnico extático cuando está al mando de la nave musical: abrir las puertas de la percepción e invitar a los bailarines a un viaje que facilita una encarnación más profunda, conexión y presencia.
Habiendo bailado su propio camino hacia la libertad desde 1998, con raíces en swing, salsa, hip-hop y danza contemporánea, mantiene una conexión profunda con el poder liberador del baile y con la importancia de la música que alimenta ese viaje.
Siempre atento a la energía de la sala, sus amplios gustos musicales y su hipersensible capacidad de facilitación ofrecen un contenedor para que emerja la experiencia numinosa de la espinaestesia: ver el sonido como movimiento y convertirse en la música.
Wren te da la bienvenida de vuelta a ti mism@, a soltar lo que ya no sirve y, aún mejor, a integrar ese cambio y dejarte bailar hacia lo divino.

Exploro la vida a través del movimiento y la música como caminos de expresión.
Mi trabajo nace del *encuerpamiento consciente*, de la conexión con el cuerpo y las emociones.
Por un lado, comparto sesiones de danza a través del *método Liberato* y el *zouk brasileño*, explorando la conexión, la escucha, la fluidez corporal y el movimiento compartido.
Por otro, desarrollo mi proyecto artístico combinando *música en directo y DJ hybrid live set*, con influencias de la música ancestral, mantras, electrónica downtempo, afro, étnica y latina, integrando también elementos más líricos a través de la guitarra y la voz.
En cada set, fusiono mi amor por el baile y la música, creando un viaje que invita a la *expresión libre, la **conciencia corporal y la exploración del *movimiento auténtico*, ya sea a través de la música o de la danza.
