I’m so grateful to share these monthly Lunar Resonance gatherings, each one intentionally created to align with the energy of the Full Moon and gently infused with astrological insight. These offerings are a deep reflection of my own connection to the moon cycles and the space they create for pause, presence, and transformation.
Working with the moon’s rhythm for several years has shown me the power of moving in harmony with nature, and it feels truly special to hold this space for us to come together, rest, and reconnect under each Full Moon. Our April offering is below…
✨ Lunar Resonance: Pink Moon Sound Bath

Join the sound community for a heart-nourishing Full Moon sound bath guided by the energy of the Pink Moon. Named after the early spring wildflowers that begin to bloom, this moon symbolises growth, renewal, and blossoming potential.
The Pink Moon invites us to soften into expansion, reconnect with the heart space, and nurture what is beginning to grow within and around us. Through sound, we’ll create a supportive container for emotional balance, intention-setting, and gentle activation — allowing you to leave feeling grounded, open, and aligned as spring continues to unfold.

We’ll also explore a light touch of astrology, connecting the lunar energy with intention and insight as part of your journey.

Even if you aren't into moon cycles or astrology, you are so welcome to attend, it's a light sprinkle of astrology, the benefits of vibrations and sounds can be incredibly healing for your body, mind and soul.

Each month, I offer one supported space at a reduced rate for anyone who would benefit from being part of this offering but may be experiencing financial constraints. This space is available for £10. What to Bring to Your Sound Bath
To make your experience as comfortable and nourishing asossible, we recommend bringing:
- Your own yoga mat (optional — mats are provided)
- Pillow or bolster for extra support
- Blanket or shawl to stay warm and cozy
- Journal & pen if you’d like to reflect or set intentions
- Water to stay hydrated
- Anything else to keep you warm and comfortable
Please arrive at least 10/15 minutes early to set up your space and settle in.
Contraindications:
For your safety and comfort, it is recommended that you reconsider attending a sound bath if you:
- Are experiencing significant mental health challenges
- Have serious heart conditions
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have had surgery within the past 3 months
- Have a pacemaker or metal implant
- Experience sound-sensitive epilepsy
