✨The first free Yoga & Book event got fully booked so fast, with people on a waiting list. Therefore we are repeating the event and warmly welcoming you. 🤍 🌿 This free event brings together a gentle and nurturing yoga practice and a presentation of the book "INNER EXPERIMENTS: THE SOURCE WITHIN", written by Mindfulness & Yoga teacher Živilė Osman, who will host this event.
🌿 The gathering begins with a soft yoga class. After the practice, we will gather for a cup of tea and a heart-warming book presentation.
📖 Even though "Inner Experiments" falls under self-growth book's category, there you will find no dry or repetitive information. Instead – this book will invite you to come back to yourself.
