We’ll move through an empowering Buti Yoga sequence blending tribal dance, deep core activation, cardio bursts, primal movement, and intentional release — designed to shake off stress, ignite confidence, and awaken your inner fire.
Before we flow, we glow.
Under black lights, we’ll paint our bodies with neon glow paint, layer on glow sticks, and step fully into the vibe. The room transforms. The music drops. The energy rises.
