✨ Breathwork Workshop: Expanding Beyond Contraction ✨

Do you ever feel like no matter how what you do and no matter how much effort you exert you’re still not where you want to be? Maybe you are feeling it in your intimate relationships, in your career or your small business, or even as a parent. This is living in the state of contraction, of holding yourself back, of not fully allowing yourself to receive love, prosperity, and/or joy.

This workshop is an invitation to bring more awareness to the conditioned patterns that are holding you back from thriving, to meet them with acceptance, and to lean into them with curiosity and compassion as a conduit for an expanded state.

🌬️ What to Expect:

✨ Guided Breathwork Journey : a powerful somatic practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to release the stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions that are stored in the body.
✨ Mindset Work & Inner Reflection :It’s an uplifting and empowering experience to see and own your greatness, by bringing more awareness, acceptance and possibly transformation to the hidden patterns that are blocking you from showing up fully in your inherent power.
✨ Ecstatic Dance Integration :Celebrate your expansion through free flowing and ecstatic movement and ground the new energy into your body. We will be using individual headsets and high frequency music to have a very intimate experience.

At 44, my world crumbled. A successful financial analyst and single mother of two, I was suddenly confronted with unexplained body memories of childhood trauma. Depression set in, I lost my job, and faced significant mental health challenges.

My analytical mind couldn’t solve this puzzle. Desperate for answers, I explored holistic healing—from talk therapy to energy work—for almost a decade. I moved between pure logic and deep spiritual practices, searching for balance and understanding.

The turning point came when I discovered the Institute of Coaching Mastery (ICM) program, whose pillars of awareness, acceptance, and aligned action became my lifeline. I learned to dance between ‘doing’ and ‘being,’ integrating my analytical skills with profound spiritual insights.

Today, I guide individuals ready to return inward, transform limiting beliefs, and align with their inner truth—so they can create embodied success and build a life that feels authentic, abundant, and fulfilling.
