About this Event
If you have been curious about tuning forks and sound healing but you do not know where to start, this class is for you.
This is a true beginner class. No experience needed. You do not need to own tuning forks yet. You do not need to know anything about chakras, frequencies, or energy work. You just need curiosity and a willingness to learn.
This is not a sit and watch demonstration. This is a hands on intro training where I will teach you the basics step by step, answer your questions, and help you leave feeling confident and empowered.
By the end of class, you will
Understand what tuning forks are and why they work
Know the difference between weighted and unweighted forks in plain language
Learn how to strike a fork correctly for a clean, clear tone
Practice beginner friendly techniques you can use right away for self care, calm, and energetic reset
Learn simple methods for chakra toning, aura cleansing, and clearing a room

You can still come. You will learn the foundations and you will be able to participate through guided observation and practice with what is available. If you do have forks, bring them. I only have one set available, so having your own makes participation easier.
