Michelle will introduce the bandhas—Mula, Uddiyana, and Jalandhara—and guide you in activating them safely to support the upward flow of energy along the spine and higher awareness, including the third eye.
Because many participants are new to these practices, we’ll briefly demystify the breathwork, clarify intention, and review technique and safety before moving into embodied practice.
