**Petra Sliwiak was born in Berlin, Germany. From an early age she experienced both physical & emotional trauma, which led to a healing journey that took her across the world. Over the years Petra studied with doctors, yogis, physical therapists, shamans, and more, crafting a Self healing practice which she now guides others through. Movement, meditation, breathwork and sound are the root of these healing journeys, and Petra is a master at integrating them into everyday life. Her passion lives through the events and private sessions she has offered for almost 15 years. Her wisdom is a gift to all those who cross paths with her.
