Join us for a peaceful afternoon to slow down, reconnect and welcome the energy of spring. This retreat is a chance to pause, set intentions and nurture yourself as the new season begins.

Opening circle with gentle guided journaling and intention setting
Grounding yoga practice to help you feel centred and balanced
Plant pot decorating & seed planting ceremony to symbolise growth and new beginnings
Nourishing vegan-friendly sharing platters
Immersive sound bath with crystal bowls for deep relaxation
No previous yoga or creative experience needed — simply come as you are.
