Alchemy Rising invites you into a restorative afternoon designed to help you slow down, soften, and settle into stillness.
This experience will gently guide you through:
• Centering and grounding
• Light intentional movement
• Breath work
• Guided meditation
• An immersive restorative sound bath
Each layer is designed to support nervous system regulation and ease you into deeper rest. The meditation will naturally transition into the sound bath, where you will rest comfortably as harmonic instruments and tonal frequencies fill the space.
The intention is simple:
to quiet the mind, calm the body, and allow yourself to truly rest in resonance.
No experience is necessary. Everything is accessible and optional.
Please bring:
• A yoga or exercise mat
• A blanket
• An eye mask if you have one
