Over five days, we move gently through coastal landscapes and city sanctuaries, experiencing handpicked saunas by the sea, in nature, and in Helsinki. Expect deep heat, cold dips, winter walks, shared meals, and long conversations, all held in a calm, unhurried rhythm.
This journey is not about doing more.
It’s about being, together.
