⏀ OUR APPROACH TO DANCE:
Primal Dance is an invitation to a playful & deep intimacy with your body.
We invite you to follow your body's wisdom, pleasure & the power of your own presence. Allow yourself to be moved by the pulse of the music & nourished in the dynamic presence of each other.
Every event Cosmic Navigator & Charlene Diana bring a new sound & somatic lens to explore & enjoy our many frequencies of being human.
In a consensual space, you’ll be invited to move with deeper sensitivity to yourself and others to create new pathways of love and freedom.

☾ Program Flow:
* 18:30: The evening begins with a cosy space to arrive & rest, soundscapes to enjoy, visuals to explore, and a few market stalls to browse.
* 19:00: Opening Circle, with the option of drinking Herbal Tea or Ceremonial Cacao with an optional sprinkle of Reishi Mushroom!
* Following: Guided somatic intimacy through stillness & movement to open our pleasure pathways into Primal dance.
* Around 2 HOURS: Primal Dance with DJ Cosmic Navigator—no interruptions. Your body, the music, & rhythm are your guide!
* Completion: We close with relaxation, soundscapes from Arnt’s Didgeridoo, followed by a serenade of Live music with Willowi
* Closing Circle: A little space to land & share.

DJ Cosmic Navigator: Cosmic Navigator (DK) is a musical shaman & veteran DJ with a wizardly presence. His diverse, eclectic repertoire ensures a rich dance journey. Specializing in melodic enchantment, tribal afro-tech & deep house grooves, his sets ignite celebration and set the dance floor ablaze.

Being Pleasure – Movement & Intimacy Facilitator:
Charlene Diana is a somatic spirituality facilitator with two decades of experience in somatic awareness, tantra and relational intimacy. She opens the dance and guides the space with deep sensitivity and a lot of heart.
Willow - Live Music & Soundscapes Artist:
Willowi is a multi-instrumentalist from the Netherlands whose expansive dreamy soundscapes will open and close our evening.

* GROUND: We dance barefoot.
* FEEL: With a natural state of mind.
* SENSITIVITY: It’s a consensual space.

☾ Practical Suggestions & Info:
* Wear comfortable clothing (Dress moveable - Wild or in your Comfies!).
* Bring a bottle of water.
* Bring your own cup for cacao or tea.
* Fast a few hours before the cacao for the full effect.
* Arrive on time! If you arrive early, please wait in the lobby or culture house café.

Our cacao is sourced from Guatemala and made with love. It’s more than just a hot chocolate—it’s a medicine that opens deeper intimacy and joy.
