New year, New you, so why not a new Tuesday location! Let’s head back to where Tuesday began, the McCant’s track. 2 parking lots available but zero bathrooms (chik fil a if needed). Coach Pat and JJ will get you started with a simple 400m workout but can adjust based on your current needs. One mile warmup, 400s then CD. All are welcome to join as no one can get lost, JJ knows the route this time. See you in January around and around and around.
