OK, vacation time is over and it’s time to get serious about running and training with attendance. All paces can join this group on Thursday evenings for a 3ish mile group run around downtown Anderson leaving Groucho’s at 6 PM. Hang out afterwards for dinner or a drink and catch up with friends for the week.
