Biofield Bootcamp is a guided Breathwork x Reiki experience designed to help you clear energetic noise, regulate your nervous system, and reset from the inside out. Think of it as strength training for your internal state—without force, overwhelm, or performance.

Through intentional breath patterns and hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki energy work, this session supports:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional and energetic release
• Heart–brain coherence
• A deeper sense of clarity, calm, and presence

We’ll start with guided breathwork to move stagnant energy and drop out of fight-or-flight, followed by Reiki to support integration, balance, and restoration.
